Our Women’s Self Empowerment course is a combination of both psychological and physical self defence techniques. We believe that the best self defence is the understanding of oneself, through the learning of improving your own self worth. Self worth is internal and how you feel about yourself in your everyday life, when you truly understand this you are not seeking the approval of others to boost you up, you are able to walk tall and proud and be the great person you where born to be.
People are so quick to judge and worry about what others are doing instead of focusing on themselves and what they are doing, as it is much easier to comment on what someone does or thinks and believes. It can be very hard to take a good look at yourself as you will find it probably reflects what you say about others. If you are on the receiving end of these comments and actions which many of us are, then your self esteem and self worth are probably low. IT IS TIME TO TAKE ACTION!
Our aim is to help you find the mental switches that will empower you against physical attack. 90% of Self Defence is MENTAL, the other 10% being physical: in saying that you need to sharpen your mental tools prior to adapting your physical tools. Adrenalin is a natural component of the body you will either control it or it will control you. Fear induced aggression can cause an Adrenal Dump rendering you incapable of movement, in other words you become totally frozen. To overcome this you need to create a mental switch and take control of the situation.
